About

Meet Ann Beegle

Before launching my coaching practice, I successfully led teams, managed boards and committees, and oversaw high-profile projects in the public, private and non-profit sectors.

Purpose

Helping individuals and teams realize their full potential is my passion. I equip leaders with the strategies and tools to reach the next level of personal and professional growth. My approach begins with the belief that you are whole and possess what is needed to bring about the positive change you want. I will help you overcome the barriers that get in the way of achieving your goals, and help you become the leader you are meant to be.

Certification

I completed the Leadership Coaching Program in the Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University in 2017, preparing me with the mindset, presence, and skills to challenge and support leaders. I was in an early cohort of coaching professionals trained and certified as a Working Genius facilitator in 2021. An avid reader, I enjoy staying abreast of trends in the personal growth and organizational health movements.

Before Coaching

Early in my career, I was smitten with the people and pace of politics and followed the campaign trail through several states, working on federal, state and local campaigns. My background also includes work with a wide variety of non-profit organizations, primarily in development and executive leadership. Building on these experiences, I founded and successfully ran a public affairs firm before becoming a coach.

Fun

In my free time, you can find me kayaking and canoeing at my lake cottage, enjoying the company of family and friends, and taking long walks with my dog (a beagle, of course!).
